Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on the RISE OF THE NORTHSTAR online store, operated by USELESS PRIDE DISTRIBUTION.
1. Processing times

Stock products (vinyl, CDs, pre-printed merch, board games, posters, stickers, etc.): 48 to 72 business hours

Print on Demand products (made-to-order apparel and accessories): 3 to 7 business days under normal conditions. In the event of supplier material shortages or high production volumes, this lead time may exceed 10 business days or more. You will be notified by email as soon as we become aware of such a delay.
⚠ POD production time is in addition to the carrier's delivery time. The total time between your order and receipt may therefore exceed 2 to 3 weeks in some cases. Please bear this in mind if your order is time-sensitive.
Orders containing both stock and POD items will be shipped together once all items are ready, unless you request otherwise.
Orders are processed every business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Additional delays may apply during peak demand or holiday periods.
2. Carriers and delivery times

Colissimo (La Poste): Metropolitan France – 2 to 5 business days / Europe – 5 to 10 business days

Colissimo Relay: France – post office or pickup point delivery, 3 to 5 business days

Mondial Relay: France and Europe – pickup point delivery, 3 to 7 business days

Chronopost: France – express next business day delivery

DHL / UPS / FedEx: international deliveries outside Europe – 5 to 15 business days depending on destination
These timeframes are indicative and run from the dispatch date. They may be affected by public holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or customs delays.
3. Shipping zones

4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of the parcel and the destination. The exact amount will be shown before payment confirmation.
Any customs duties and taxes for deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the displayed shipping costs.
5. Order tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. This email may go to your spam folder — please check it. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.
6. Pickup point responsibility
For deliveries to post offices, pickup points or parcel lockers, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to:

Verify that the pickup point selected at checkout is open and operational on the expected delivery date

Collect the parcel within the timeframe set by the carrier (generally 10 to 15 calendar days)

Check the availability of the pickup point (temporary closure, changed opening hours, etc.)
⚠ If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection within the deadline, pickup point closure, or any other reason attributable to the buyer, reshipping costs will be entirely at the buyer's expense. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
We strongly recommend checking the opening hours and status of your chosen pickup point before placing your order, via the La Poste, Mondial Relay or relevant carrier website.
7. Lost or damaged parcel
In the event of a lost parcel: wait 14 calendar days from dispatch, then contact us at support@uselesspride.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed: free reshipping or full refund at your choice.
In the event of a damaged parcel: take photos before any return and contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@uselesspride.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If an incorrect address provided by you results in a return or loss, reshipping costs will be at your expense.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@uselesspride.com. We will do our best to correct the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
